Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accept service or support calls from internal and external customers
- Conduct Product training to the clients
- Conduct POC presentation to prospective clients
- Report directly to the TSD Manager regarding problems and issues affecting the work or responsibilities assigned
- Responsible for providing a solution for in-house technical concern.
- Monitor, all items brought in for repair until it is returned to the customer and ensure that the targeted repair turn-around time is achieved
- Testing of RMA units
- Update the customer on the status of each item brought it for repair on the specified dates
- Coordinate with the Internal RMA Coordinator and/or the suppliers for RMA items and ensure that they are replaced according to the set timetable
- Submit Regular reports
- May Conduct Joint Sales Call/Visit potential clients.
- Maybe Responsible for canvassing the prices of the needed spare parts
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the TSC Manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent;
- CCNA - is an advantage
- Required skill(s): strong written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, focused and results-oriented, strong presentation skills, a winning attitude, and strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, strong understanding of Technical aspects;
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.);
- Good inter-personal and customer-relation skills; and
- Must be willing to work in Makati.
- No experience needed but is an advantage; and
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply but must be exceptional in organizational and communication skills.
