Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- He/She will be responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of the personnel management information system.
- He/She will design programs or encode personal data and statistics into the computerized personnel management information system programs.
- He/She will also update data necessary to ensure the accuracy of systems/programs.
- He/She will prepare hard copies of reports generated by the programs.
- He/She will also develop/improve the data encoding system to ensure the accuracy and quick generation/retrieval of reports.
- He/She will immediately report computer breakdowns and take action in its repair and maintenance service.
- He/She will provide computerized data as requested by other departments, subject to the approval/clearance of his/her superior.
- He/She will also initiate the production of the company’s newsletter and other information materials that may be required from the department.
- He/She will perform other personnel-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- Must be proficient in the use of windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other database applications
- Must be knowledgeable in various programming languages such as Xampp database, MySQL, and web-based programming
- With good communication skills and analytical skills
- Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.
