Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term marketing plan.
- Monitor competitors’ activity and related research.
- Draft new letters as required by the selection head.
- Keep marketing database up to date.
- Conduct electronic and digital filing as required.
- Comply with marketing standards and will follow set processes for routine work.
- Prepare supporting materials as requested, for Programs/Events; prepare materials.
- Contribute to the event plan and will prepare a checklist.
- Research venues and catering, supplier liaison as required.
- Draft invitation and will coordinate distribution, will monitor responses and will manage follow-ups and cancellation.
- Prepare supporting materials (promotional merchandise, brochures, etc.).
- Manage event set-up
- Perform designing of related advertising materials.
- In-charge of programming related sports.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Marketing or AB Economics
- Can analyze trends, numerical and graphical presentation, and statistical information and survey results.
- Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communication
- Must be computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.
