They will perform periodic maintenance service on assigned units. They will repair and will fix immediately the defects noted on any unit if necessary. They will perform and will recommend special service jobs through supervisors. They will perform inspection of equipment for newly handed-over projects. They will prepare and will submit report to supervisor immediately after inspection. They will perform reconstruction works on technical information sheet issued by Principal, MELCO Inazawa units on jobsite already under service department. They will revise or will modify control circuits for new types of elevator through the use of maintenance computer and read-on-memory (ROM) writer. They will perform work related to trouble call reduction and will suggest countermeasure and other improvements necessary to reduce trouble call frequency. They will conduct jobsite inspection on emergency cases such as after an earthquake with an intensity of four (4) and above. They will perform other service-related task that may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed
- Must be proficient in communicating both in oral and written English and Filipino
- Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and with strong leadership potential
- Must possess a pleasant personality and be of good moral character
- Must possess customer service skills / negotiating skills
