Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- He will provide information to the vice President about trends and developments in the elevator/escalator business that the company engages in.
- He will supervise his department in the following activities:
- Sales forecasting;
- Sourcing out of clients and customers – coverage of areas included in related industries;
- Sales call – strategic sales presentation and competent salesmanship;
- Sales quotation – accurate and prompt submission to clients
- After-sales Services – attendance to meetings to enhance customer relations; and
- Engineering or technical requirements – preparation of accurate drawings and data gathered from architects, consultants and project managers.
- He will prepare department budget and controls the expenses within the budget.
- He will coordinate with the principals regarding the company’s activities in selling its products.
- He will train and will develop his men by conducting sales training and productivity improvement programs to Sales Engineers and personnel for the upliftment of their technical know-how.
- He will represent the company in meetings, gatherings or functions in organizations wherein the company is a member, concerned or involved in.
- He will perform other sales and engineering-related tasks that may be required to be able to carry out his functions properly.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics, preferably with Master’s degree or academic units.
- Preferably license by the Professional Regulation Commission.
- Must have operational knowledge in the promotion, sales and marketing of engineering equipment, technology and/or service gathered from technical exposure in the construction and/or related industries.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both in written English and Filipino.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership ability.
- Can relate effectively to all levels of employees in the organization and to people outside of the Company.
- Capable of teaching and training people.
- Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.
