Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares Acounts Payable Voucher for subcontractors, gasoline, and local purposes.
- Maintains vendor master in SAP.
- Responsible for Fringe Benefits Tax computation, filing, & payment to BIR.
- Prepares BIR Form 2307 for suppliers.
- Processes and verifies all types of daily disbursements to ensure proper documentation, classification of accounts and reasonable accuracy of payments in accordance with approved contracts, purchase order or agreement.
- Prepares check payments, MC application, telegraphic transfer or demand draft based on approved APV's and other payment documents and on instructions received from the Treasurer.
- Releases available checks to suppliers, contractors and other payees on designated due dates.
- Handles the timely and accurate payment to the government entities and other payees for salary deductions made together with the filling out of designated forms.
- Processes the timely replenishment of revolving funds for Alabang, Makati, Federal, Tektite and Cebu office.
- Pays the Petty Cash Vouchers presented and processes the replenishment of revolving fund at Alabang office.
- Analyzes and maintains the subsidiary ledgers for the Accounts Payable Trade Account by posting in the respective account ledgers the figures from the books of original entries and preparing the monthly schedule.
- Updates the year to date schedule of income taxes withheld on gross compensation of all employees for year-end adjustments of taxes due.
- Prepares cash transfer advice to banks.
- Delivers the payment to City Treasurer, SSS, and BIR, cash transfer and deposits from time to time.
- Performs other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Accounting
- Must have at least two (2) years of related experience.
- Must be proficient both in oral ad written communication.
- Must be computer literate and has a working knowledge on various PC based software.
- Must be of good moral character.
