Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and will coordinate the start-up schedule of the QAA Engineers and technicians.
- Conduct preliminary inspections of the on-going installation project to verify and will give advice if required and necessary.
- Supervise and will inspect projects with on-going testing and commissioning.
- Conduct ocular inspection and condition.
- Report immediately to his superior any discrepancy noticed and will submit a written report outlining the said discrepancy.
- Prepare and will submit reports such as pre-commissioning, turn-over letter, etc.
- Perform testing and commissioning of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment in accordance with the set quality and standards of MELCO equipment.
- Conduct a technical seminar for QAA Engineer/ technicians, dealers, and subcontractors regarding testing and commissioning.
- Train and will develop his subordinates in the effective performance of their duties and for their personal growth in the company.
- Perform other QAA related task that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Bachelor of Science in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic and Communications Engineering) preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
- Must have knowledge in auto-CAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have excellent communication skills, both in written and oral English and Filipino.
- Can relate effectively to all members of the organizations and has strong leadership ability.
- Capable of training and teaching people.
- Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.
