- An Account Officer performs functions that are parallel, relevant, and consistent with the corporate and department's mission, vision, and values.
- An account Officer manages the servicing of corporate accounts. They coordinate directly with the client’s Human Resources personnel regarding concerns the members may have.
- An account officer must be willing to do client interactions (initial meeting, orientation, utilization review, feedback forum, etc.). He/she must respond to client/member feedback, provides prescribed possible solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a Business/Science course or any related course
- Work experience in the same field is an advantage
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills
- Possesses strong analytical skills
- Is computer literate
- Is creative and innovative
- Is detail-oriented
- Is neat and professionally presentable
