Following are job responsibilities of Manager:
- Plans and implements systems that help employees peform the work and fulfill the mission and goals of the company efficiently and effectively
- Manages the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of department
- Leads employees to meet the organization's expectation, productivity, quality and goal accomplishment
- Manages, coaches, mentors and tran staffs
- Evaluating employees
- Works with the Human Resource in recruitment, selection and hiring appropriate number of staffs
- Accomplishes financial objectives; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures
- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Performs other duties
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Degree holder of BS Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial and equivalent
- Must be a graduate from top university and/or private universities with high CGPA
- A minimum of three years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions
- Preferably Female
- Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferre
- Has the ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members
- Outstanding development skills
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
