Business Analyst  

> Identify and assess business processes for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) opportunities

> Provide reviews and recommendations for business process improvements

> Facilitate workshops/interviews to understand clients’ strategies, objectives and requirements, and to gather project information for review and analysis

> Process mapping “As-Is” and “To-Be” scenarios

> Create process design documents and other reports for clients’ review and approval

> Manage and deliver project deliverables within the agreed upon budget and timelines and requirements

> Work closely with the Lead Senior Business Analyst to meet with new client prospects

> Effectively communicate with Business Analyst the meaning and intent of requirements to development and testing teams

> Liaison between client Projects and the consulting team

> Guide and direct Junior Business Analyst as needed.

> At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or relevant work experience in a business and/or operational capacity.

> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, its equivalent

> Knowledge of Project Management

> Knowledgeable in Robotics Process Automation (RPA)

> Critical Thinker with strong analytical skills

> Has experience in business process transformation

> Excellent strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience

> Strong client account management experience

> Strong experience in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint process mapping

> Highly self motivated and proactive
