Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Builds a standard set of Aiah Personas to help better understand customers that the entire organization can use
- Uses customer insights to build Personas and Customer Journey Maps
- Designs Aiah CX Design Methodology
- Facilitates Journey Mapping Sessions with cross-functional teams to better understand and solve for issues in the Aiah end-to-end experience
- Manages CX Design Repository, develops the CX Design Toolkit, and designs & Leads CX Design Training
- Manages CX Design Center of Excellence
- Define key customer-benefit metrics and measurement plans to define what success looks like and ensure experiences deliver on the benefits
- Represent the customer, promoting a customer-driven mindset with a relentless focus on solving customer pain points and identifying Moments that Matter
- Collaborate and brainstorm with cross-functional teams to understand, identify, and synthesize complex business requirements and customer needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's Degree in related field is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in related field; at least 2+ years of Customer Experience (CX) or User Experience (UX) required
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Expertise in utilizing customer insights to facilitate customer understanding
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional work groups
- Ability to present solutions and ideas for unique challenges
- Experience in defining a CX/UX Design Strategy or Methodology, including Personas, Customer Journey Maps, and other innovative customer research methods
- Experience in implementing CX in a B2B environment a plus
