Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Listen intelligently, create atmosphere of trust, and establish credibility quickly.
- Counsel prospective enrollees on the courses appropriate to their experiences, background, and requirements vis-à-vis targeted quotas.
- Solicit and maintain corporate accounts.
- Maintain client/student database.
- Conduct outdoor promotions such as exhibition and seminars.
- Suggest new ideas and strategy to improve sales.
- Perform mass mailing.
- Develop action plan for less popular courses.
- Do telemarketing, follow-ups, arrange for appointment, and update clients on latest course information.
- Collect account receivables.
- Make recommendations on client preferred courses and schedules to the Course Administrator.
- Perform after sales support to ensure good customer service delivery and achieve customer loyalty.
- Maintain necessary inputs required by the Management Information System (MIS).
- Accomplish other tasks as necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or its equivalent.
- At least 1 years of work experience in the related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills that provide the right combination of assertiveness and persuasiveness.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, in English and in Filipino.
