Center Business Manager (Caloocan Branch)  

General Statement of Duties:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the center's business plan all while supervising the marketing team, and creating and implementing marketing strategies.

Job Summary:

Strategic Planning

• Design and implement strategic sales plans that prioritize enhancing the company's presence and expands the company's customer database
• Objective setting done for the team

Leadership

• Gathers and hits sales targets by managing the sales team (CCs)
• Coaches CCs in terms of professional life
• Monitors the progress of each employee

Recruitment

• Manages and recruits new career consultants

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Preferably specializing in Marketing/Business Development or its equivalent.
• Sales and operations management experience, leading sales teams.
• Experience in a company with strong customer orientation is an advantage.
• Marketing experience a strong advantage.
• Experience in motivating and managing a team.
• Understanding of basic accounting.
• Willing to work in Manila Informatics Branch.
