Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the center's business plan all while supervising the marketing team, and creating and implementing marketing strategies
- Design and implement strategic sales plans that prioritize enhancing the company's presence and expands the company's customer database
- Objective setting is done for the team
- Gathers and hits sales targets by managing the sales team (CCs)
- Coaches CCs in terms of professional life
- Monitors the progress of each employee
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Caloocan.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
