Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Center Managers are responsible for overseeing the whole Center's operation in terms of Financial, Business, Operations, and Academe
- Sets the future plans of the different departments and is able to enact them efficiently and effectively
- Manages the Center with the given standards of the company
- Monitors the daily responsibilities of staff
- Sets wildly important goals of the Center and creates the foundation for the Center to achieve those goals
- Represents the Center during management meetings
- Coaches and mentors all employees in their professional lives
- Continuously prepares and updates daily to monthly reports of the Center’s activities
- Advises and directs the teams; answers complex questions, functioning as an expert resource; maintains assignment completion schedules; performs same and higher level tasks
- Involves complicated bodies of knowledge/functions that differ substantially from each other
- Plans, develops, and implements functions/projects for functional units and/or teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years of experience in business, management, and/or any related field
- Must have knowledge in marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in the academe is a plus
- Can work under pressure
- Leadership skills are a must
- Computer literate
- Knows how to handle confidential data
- Must be willing to work in Imus, Cavite
