Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Does telemarketing, conducts follow-ups, arranges for appointments, and updates clients on latest course information.
- Collect account receivables.
- Makes recommendations on client preferred courses and schedules to the Course Administrator.
- Counsels prospective enrollees on the courses appropriate to their experiences, background, and requirements vis-à-vis targeted quotas.
- Listens intelligently, creates an atmosphere of trust, and establishes credibility quickly.
- Develops action plan for less popular courses.
- Performs mass mailing.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a sales role.
- Experience on collections and account payables for corporate.
- Customer experience, after-sales experience for accounts.
- Experience in corporate sales, key accounts or B2B selling.
- Preferably with Educational industry background
- Sales Achiever.
- Driven to perform with less supervision.
- Competitive.
- Desire to meet performance expectations with outstanding results.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with superb relationship building skills.
- Strong sales background.
- Strong sales discipline, strategy, and execution.
- Can create trade marketing, blitzes, company tie-ups, partnership programs.
- Can develop specific actions plans on sales revenue achievement.
- Can create specific marketing campaigns for low-performing courses.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong, Makati, Eastwood, Manila, and Caloocan.
