Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work with stakeholders and others in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solution.
- Perform user research and observation of user tasks, integrating these findings with business requirements to transform the user’s mental model into the user interface.
- Work with Visual Designers, Frontend developer to create delightful and elegant User Experiences.
- Prototype designs to represent the User Interface (UI) and user research of the model iteratively integrated into the UI design of the solution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Barchelor degree of IT or other relevant major.
- 5+ years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience in designing within Agile Development Methodologies.
- Design innovation; mobile design; creative design patterns.
- UX, UI, Graphic, Web, Art.
- HTML5, CSS3, xhtml, bootstrap, and other frameworks.
