Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand products and services of the company and be able to prepare presentations and proposals.
- Acquire accounts and ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
- Manage bidding and account close-out processes.
- Maintains a good list of account and manage account relationships.
- Coordinates with concerned units regarding reconciliation of discrepancies, funding, and revenue realization to ensure accurate billing and collection.
- Assists Immediate Superior in designing strategic sales plans to ensure strong client base and attainment of revenue target.
- Escalates major issues and concerns to Immediate Superior for appropriate action.
- Plans and implements product training and sales program.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 1-year experienced employees specializing in Sales, Engineering, Technical, IT, Accounting, or equivalent. But FRESH GRADS are welcome.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective understanding of latest technologies and their application in marketing.
- Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Effective project management skills.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles.
- Excellent copywriting skills and should be able to rework technical content for a
- wider audience.
- Good team player works collaboratively and efficaciously toward meeting or exceeding team goals.
- Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
- Good accounting background will be an edge.
- Should be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative; be able to deliver innovative ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as and interpersonal skills.
