Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the CLM within the first 60 days of customers.
- To ensure engagement with customer to increase SGE conversion and re-buy from the newly acquired subscribers especially in the first 7 days and 30 days of life.
- Conduct program performance analysis.
- Develop and manage cooperation with Technology and IT, CRM, and Customer Experience, CVM and other division that related with product and segment development.
- Provide input to Marketing Communication.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- 4-6 years experiences for Leadership role in the areas of Customer Value Management and database marketing gathered from telecommunication, e-commerce or financial services industries.
- Strong practice in the field promotion, product and tactical pricing
- Understand business strategy, provide consultative business analysis and leverage technical skills to create insightful and effective Onboarding Journeys.
- Strong drive for execution and delivering result.
