Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creating retention campaign plan in daily and weekly base
- Creating content (text-based) and brief of visual content
- Execute retention campaign across the effective channels (app, SMS, Offdeck, owned and paid social media)
- Oversee and optimize all running campaign
- Find new and more effective approach for campaign improvement
- Taking care end-to end retention campaign activities
- Liaise as Group Representative for related function / unit within the companies
- Execute and achieve functional goals
- Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks
- Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
- Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Management, Telecommunication / Information Technology / Computer Science
Experience
- Having more than 5 years of professional experience in marketing & advertising campaign management
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Telco industry or OTT

- Excellent in data reading and analyzing
- Excellent understanding on funnel marketing
- Excellent in digital marketing & advertising campaign
- Excellent in app marketing and advertising
- Creative and consistently find new idea
- Excellent in copywriting
- Good understanding in visual content marketing
- Have good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
