Jr. Recruiter
Job Description
The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for the smooth & continuous execution of different processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment.

- Source applicants through social media
- Invite applicants for screening
- Conduct Interview
- Conduct pre-employment examination;
- Manage Database
- Support HR Supervisor in implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Perform other clerical functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business / Marketing OR equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Strong English in written and oral communication skills are required.
- Has a solid and strong background in recruitment
- With sourcing and pooling experience and strategy
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented.
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
