ACCOUNT PAYABLE  

You see things a little differently. So do we. We believe that what you value is more important than what your CV says. We are lookig for Account Payable position that will challenge your skills and let you grow. This position role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT :

1. To pay all invoices trade and non-trade in timely manner.
2. Handle all claims and expenses from coworker.
3. Create monthly VAT reports.
4. Create monthly sales tax report.
5. Update and maintain vendor data.
6. Filling all payment documents.
7. Provide documents for audits and projects.
8. Maintain AP aging.

1. Candidate must be possess at least diploma in accountancy / economic.
2. At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Basic accounting skill & admin.
4. Proficient in Ms. Office.
5. High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
