Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle and resolve all customer support enquiries before, during and after purchase.
- Support IKEA store co-workers with complex customer issues; before, during and after purchase.
- Support IKEA service providers when they need to contact IKEA to resolve customer issues.
- Proactively work with the rest of the IKEA value chain to minimise customers’ need to contact IKEA for support
- Verify and document customer information in applicable systems, with high quality and in a trustful way
- Actively build rapport with customers by being empathic, helpful and providing a solution that satisfies the customer.
- Offer additional buying opportunities by informing the customers about choices available in our product and service range to fulfill their needs.
- Provide fast and easy support in all customers contacts using the specifics of the contact method.
- Good listening and communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Stress-resistant and able to work in dynamic retail environment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Interested in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.
- Experience from contact centre business or customer service industry.
- Excellent communicator; fluent in written and spoken English with down to earth and simple IKEA tone of voice. Ability to adjust the communication style based on receiver.
- Deep knowledge about relevant Sales and Customer Relation processes, tools and working methods.
- Good knowledge about IKEA range and service products, and understanding of customer behaviour.
- Confident decision-maker; strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate in writing (web chat and e-mail responses).
- Passionate about customer support and customer satisfaction.
- High attention to details and a systematic person.
- Open minded and has passion to learn new things.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in local language(s) and fluent in English.
- Ability to do multi-tasking, take personal initiatives and able to work individually as well as in a team.
