EXPANSION PROJECT LEADER  

We are looking for a few Expansion Project Leaders who will take responsibility for projects leading to IKEA's growth in Indonesia. This position will work with the IKEA Expansion and Development team to continually improve our ways of working with expansion. Projects range from new store establishments to pop up the running projects which set up necessary expansion capabilities.

YOUR ASSIGNMENTS:

1. Responsible to deliver a project within time, budget and quality.
2. Work with different functional leaders and activities and align work streams from across the retail organization, including commercial planning, construction, IT, recruitment, retail build-up and more.
3. Responsible to ensure a proper handover of projects to the line organization.
4. Track and manage project risk.
5. Document lessons learned through the project phases.
6. Ensure company governance policies and processes are applied and secure audit readiness.
7. Stakeholder management and steering group report.
8. Coordinate the planning process with IKEA Indonesia Expansion and Development Team.
9. Lead through the IKEA values, taking responsibility for the people in your project team and their performance as well as the project culture.
10. Lead positive change and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA.
