COUNTRY COMMERCIAL BUSINESS NAVIGATION LEADER  

In order to support retail decision-making in the country commercial team by delivering the right information with the right tools to the right people at the right time. We are looking for Country Commercial Business Navigation Leader. This position will be report to Country Retail Operation Manager.

YOUR ASSIGNMENTS:

1. Work with Country Commercial Team functional manager and country retail operation manager to ensure constant development of the country commercial performance.
2. Actively follow up and analyze data with regards to Home Furnishing Business growth and profitability, gross margin development, pricing efficiency, cost to serve, marketing spent efficiency as well as service vendor’s performance follows up and any other relevant commercial follow up.
3. Work with Country Commercial Team to develop the relevant business cases and analyze benefits and return on investments of those.
4. Committed to contribute to the stores performance development by supporting the store BNs and commercial teams in better following up and improving their efficiency and finding better ways of working.
5. Using the IKEA range and business processes knowledge, global directions and the commercial plan and national priorities to support and contribute to pricing process which includes: price adjustments, purchase price development, optimize pricing investments, consolidated pricing meets financial goals and drive gross margin to meet goals.
6. Work pro-actively with my team and matrix partners in budget process and focus on delivering the business plan and drive follow-up process to engage and inspire stakeholders take fast action on any performance deviations.
7. Support country commercial team in achieving its commercial and profit goals through key performance analysis and evaluation.
8. Perform business analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner.
9. Understand how information is used today and determine the future needs of reporting at store and country level.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Two years of experience in relevant field and bachelor degree in a related field.
2. Ability to see the big picture, understand the importance of detail and possess strong analytical skills.
3. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
4. Ability and desire to drive and implement change.
5. Action-oriented with history of delivering results.
6. Knowledge of Commercial Processes, Performance and commercial case handling.
7. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
