Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ownership and implementation of procurement policies, framework, and processes
- Establish IKEA’s overall procurement strategy and manage key KPIs
- Develop contract strategies and effectively negotiates key commercial and supply positions which are sustainable and upholds IKEA’s business values
- Provide coaching, leadership and feedback on the sourcing process and manage a team of five procurement assistants and support staff
- Develops, aligns, and drives strategic projects to improve procurement processes, tools, and efficiencies
- Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
- Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure that vendors and suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for change
- Evaluate the quality of suppliers/contractors based on time/budget scope criteria
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment and interest in retailing and/or home furnishing.
- At least 8 years professional experience in managing high performing teams preferred
- Proven track record of success in the procurement function, with the ability to work collaboratively across all functions
- You are able to communicate confidently and clearly in English
- The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge on the local regulations relating to all of the procurement process
- You have the ability with negotiation and networking
- You have strong analytical skills to determine the best deals for the company
