Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure a timely and efficient replenishment for new or rebuilding stores and Fulfilment Units in co-operation withsupply chain partners.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders in the Project & Expansion organisation towards a successful implementation including working across functions, evaluating the impact of the implementation on the customer experience and existing working methods, compiling the relevant implementation material, aligning the implementation plans and providing follow up and status report
- Manage and secure the transfer of knowledge to the line organisation as well as to relevant functions within the Service Office/ Stores
- Perform Gap/risk analyses when needed and initiate the necessary risk mitigation activities in preparation and/or during expansion
- Constantly monitor progress against agreed timelines and goals of current projects/expansions, inform the correct stakeholders and take action accordingly
- Deliver results according Store/CFU establishment timelines with very close cooperation within internal project as well as ISAG Expansion Project leader and organization.
- Ensure high availability at lowest total cost for and after opening period.
- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Interested in retailing, supply chain logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
- Excellent ability to lead and implement change in a complex environment.
- Strong organization skill with clear structure and project management capabilities.
- Excellent skills in positive influencing others and the ability to provide business relevant information in a clear and transparent way.
- A passion for enabling change with different people, both internal (project team) and external stakeholders (supply chain partners).
- Ability to make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity.
- Eager to learn and challenge yourself/others.
- Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa.
