Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, insurance and service support
- Handling inbound calls from policy members, provider and producers
- Ensure that all inquiries are resolved utilizing the designated systems and processes presented during the initial training period
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably 2 years of BPO, technical or telecom experience with an extensive customer service background but 6 months of BPO experience would do
- Pioneering / core team, mainly handling US Life Insurance accounts (payment processing, etc.)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in night shift
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig Area
