Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis and do some land acquisition or manage joint venture projects at the same time.
- Prepare and present financial projections of recommended properties to be acquired to the VP of Business planning and the VP of project development before presenting to the board of committee.
- Presenting to the top management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration Management, Mathematics, Urban Studies/ Town Planning or equivalent.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably assistant Manager/ Manager specializing in property/ Rela Estate or equivalent.
