Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check and monitor the physical condition, general upkeep and cleanliness of the building, its surroundings and its facilities
- Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures
- Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage
- Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
- Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services
- Monitoring building maintenance budgets
- Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building
- Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants
- Maintaining records of tenants
- Offer suggestions and/or recommendations to the Management on matters affecting building administration and utilities management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With relevant years of working experience
- With knowledge and/or background in any administration and management is an advantage
- Ability to use a wide range of techniques to analyze an issue
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to act and solve an issue quickly
