Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have used decision-making, organizational and problem solving skills as a routine part of daily activities
- Knowledge of general business practices and principles is an advantage
- Proven leadership skills
- At least 2 years of working as a TEAM LEADER/ CONTACT CENTER SUPERVISOR is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in any field.
