Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Does account and membership management using various channels (As assigned – phone, email, social, others).
- Performs Loyalty System defined functions as indicated in the profile access matrix for CC.
- Does data entry and membership fulfillment (cards) related activities.
- Assist customers (member/non-member) on concerns defined as Act-On, Gather & Educate.
- Calls out customers (member/non-member) affected by any loyalty system related issues.
- Follows strict compliance to all customer verification procedures (e.g. VAIIG) to reduce any risk.
- Takes responsibility and accomplish any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Finished at least 2-years in college;
- At least 6-months call center experience;
- Background in travel account or non-voice account (e-mail/chat support, social media) is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Amenable with rotating/split rest day;
- Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila.
