Responsibilities

Recruiting, hiring, and supervision of Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s).
Ensuring that the performance of the department exceeds expectations.
Assuring that statistic reporting and other administrative activities are performed within approved time frames and standards.

Kualifikasi Minimum

At least 2 years of working as a Call Center Supervisor is required for this position;
Must have used decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills as a routine part of daily activities;
Knowledge of general business practices and principles is helpful;
Proven leadership skills;
