Deskripsi Pekerjaan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to incoming requests and resolve customer problems via phone or email
- Provides single point of contact between users and the IT Organization
- Answers concerns of employees for IT related problems and requests
- Performs Incident Management activities, Incident detection and recording
- Alert specialist support groups as necessary
- Start procedures for handling the service request
- Providing initial support (assess incident details, find quick resolution)
- Resolve incidents using solutions/workarounds
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Willing to work in Boni, Mandaluyong
- Good comprehension skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Graduate of any Computer or IT related courses
