Interblock (Senior Software Developer)  

Key Job Functions and Duties:

• Develops and supports customizations of the Digital payment system.
• Interfaces with the software vendor for any additional support required.
• Establish, communicate, and help enforce best practices for the team in various development and support activities that ensure system reliability.
• Build and lead the development team responsible for customizing, extending, and integrating the Digital payment technology platform.
• Lead technical design discussions with stakeholders.

General skills:

• Good communicator and be comfortable working on a variety of assignments
• Define application problems through interaction with internal stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and produce low-level system designs
• Hands on experience in Developing solutions for Internet banking

Desired Experience & Qualities

• Around 3 to 6 years of development experience in Retail banking applications.
• Experience developing API Modules for Prepaid, Credit and Debit cards
• Conversant with SDLC automation tools and with Agile development practices.
• Deep JAVA, API and C++ programming expertise
• SQL and Oracle experience is preferred
• Previous experience in relation to the field of Banking and Finance or Credit Card Management Systems will be considered and added advantage.

Qualifications and Accreditations:

• Experience of working with Hitachi Digital Payment Solutions is a distinct plus
• Experience connecting with Global Payment Processors, Local and Regional Banking Networks
