Marketing & Communications Associate  

The Job Holder is responsible for the annual development and implementation of Marketing plans and materials in line with the objectives of the Marketing and Communications Department.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy, Implemetation - Responsible for strategic thinking, launch management and execution of marketing initiatives, conceptualization, design and content of marketing collaterals for both products and promotions.

2. Media & Communication - Responsible for strategy and management of campaigns, online content (Company's official website & social media), advertising and promotions

3. Consumer & Market Understanding - Understanding consumer profile, demographics and motivations

4. Project Management - Day to day management, including planning, coordination and logistics of marketing related aspects (event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertsing and collateral material design, production & distribution);

• Education: Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university with major coursework in Arts/Design/Multimedia, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business Studies or other related courses.
• Competencies: Results Oriented, Willing to learn and quick to adapt & Detail Oriented
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Preferably 2 Years Experience specializing in Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent
