Change Management & Training Coordinator / IT Technical Writer  

The Change Manager & Training Coordinator shall be taked with the following responsiblities:

• Assist with the creation of change management strategy and plan, apply a structured methodology and support change management activities.
• Develop and maintain change/project plans to ensure sustainable change. Manage change management milestone and timeliness to ensure completion of project within acceptable risk.
• Ensure approval of all change plan deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
• Refine project execution and plans using change / project management standards and best practices

• Male/Female
• At least 3 years of work experience in an IT environment creating user manuals and training materials of systems
• Strong project management skills and technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
