Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Provides a fair and objective contract bidding process through the accurate estimation of construction and renovation projects, pre-qualification of contract bidders, and impartial evaluation of bidding proposals.
He/She is the officer in charge to handle the Costing / QS / Bidding and Estimates for the company's project/s.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Civil Engineering
- With 1 to 2 years work experience as Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer
- Willing to do site inspection and branch visit
- Willing to extend work hours , if needed
- With good command in english language
- Must have a very good communication / negotiation skills
- With good command in Microsoft Application specially MS Excel and Auto CAD
