Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Understand Company products and services.
- Facilitate client requirement meetings by phone, email and in person.
- Report weekly sales meetings and forecasts.
- Deliver sales presentation and proposal to prospective client with a successful rate of closing.
- Manage client expectations to make sure orders are completed in a timely manner with care and diligence.
- Establish, maintain and cultivate relationship with the clients.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor/College Degree, in any course
- Successful sales background and experience
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication skills
- Creative in finding ways to get leads
- Can do fieldwork with minimum supervision
- Willing to go the extra mile to overhit quotas
- Self-starter, fast learner, highly motivated and dedicated to work
- Knowledge in health plans an advantage but not a requirement
