Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answers incoming calls both landline and mobile
- Responds to client emails and inquiries within 1 business day
- Takes care of the registration of the walk-in clients during office testing and other events
- In charge of the inventories and up keeping office supplies
- Releasing of check payments to suppliers
- Filing of forms and other documents
- Events organization (seminars / training / workshops)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with background or experience in doing Administrative task and Front Office Management/Services such as
- Building Relationships
- Structuring Tasks
- Giving Support
- Good Organizational Skills
- Good Communications Skills
