Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares Statement of Account (SA) and Sales Invoice (SI) for all billable transactions based on Billing Summary and Contract.
- Prepares and checks attachments for completeness prior to preparation of Sales Invoice.
- Records Sales Invoices or any billing documents for billing purposes.
- Prepares accounts receivable aging report and conducts necessary analysis.
- Prepares necessary adjustment in the books.
- Ensure timely collection
- Using the accounting system, provide the clients via email or fax the SOA on a monthly basis.
- Analyze client’s complaints on SOA provided and coordinate with Billing for queries about invoices, e.g. computation, missing invoices, missing work orders, etc.
- Communicate with Billing regularly on clients’ concerns regarding invoices or any change in mode of invoice delivery whether hard or electronic copies are requested.
- Call up clients daily for collection of payments and persistently follow up until payment is received. Develop communication lines and rapport with the clients.
- Coordinate with FM any direct payments made to client's accounts and other payment posting issues with the system.
- Report to AR Specialist any major issues affecting collections
- Ensure that corresponding financial charges are imposed to delinquent clients based on contractual agreement
- Prepare Daily Collection Report
- All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Accountancy or any Finance and Business related courses
- Experience in collection and billing/related field is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- With problem solving and decision making skills
- Great Attention to details
- Patient, hardworking and can work well with a team
- Highly Organized, Resourceful and Firm
