Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Scans all billing invoices from year 2000 up to 2017 and provides corresponding filename
- Uploads scanned invoices to IES with proper tagging of advertising invoice number, date received and name who received the invoice.
- Compiles all the C&C copies of scanned billing invoices per number series.
- Perform all tasks assigned to him/her.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College level or college graduate
- At least 6 months experience in general admin. work
- Basic knowledge in computer operations
- Knows how to operate scanner
