ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position requires to perform and provide the following:

• Provides total support for the Sandisk Organization with the R&D and Engineering related commodities as new requirement.
• Reviews,checks and creates Purchase Orders for Sandisk Organization.
• Works directly with Commodity Managers for negotiation, savings and all special instructions.
• Chases suppliers and monitor the on time delivery of the orders.
• Works with AP with regards to invoices and payments.
• Works with receiving regarding the receipt of all orders.
• Works with requestors and SMO on the supplier onboarding process and supplier access.
• Supplier Onboarding - Sending out and following up on Oracle and SAP registration for new suppliers
• Troubleshooting-supplier problems and follow-up
• Work with suppliers with the invoice uploading process in the supplier portal.
• Creates and processes Pcard purchases.

REQUIRED:

• WILLING TO WORK ON A NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE
• Bachelor’s Degree of any course
• 1-2 years of experience is a plus
• Experience in Purchasing / Procurement job

PREFERRED:

• Team Player and flexible
• Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met as required

SKILLS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Has good English communication Skills in both Oral and written
