Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In charge of hiring and onboarding/orienting remote workers on processes
- In charge of supervising all remote workers
- Ensure that projects are being worked on as planned, and deadlines are met
- Faciliate coaching sessions when needed
- Ensure that work instructions are followed

- Strong analytical, critical-thinking skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong project management skills.
