Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Orders materials, supplies, equipment, and follows up on vendors on shipment and delivery.
- Creates Purchase Orders and manages PO corrections.
- Check PO status, price and delivery date.
- Manages vendor creations/ change requests.
- Provides recommendations, coordination, and support for the purchase of goods and/cor services.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree of any course.
- Graduates of Office Administration,Business Administration, or any equivalent course is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures.
- Keen on details and has strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NON-SMOKER.
- Willing to work in Libis, QC.
- Project Duration: 3 - 6 months
