Healthy Options Group of Companies is looking for a Property Engineer who will help ensure the proper maintenance and management of the different facilities of the Company.
- Install necessary systems and equipment found in the office and in the stores
- Assist the Facilities Management Engineer
- Designing the layout of systems and equipment
- Identifying the materials and equipment to be used in the various systems
- Conduct necessary service and maintenance repairs
- Liaising with plumbers, electricians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering course (Preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 6-12 months of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Keen on details and has strong organisational and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Maintains a healthy lifestyle and is a NON-SMOKER
- Willing to report to work on some Saturdays
- Willing to work in various locations (Metro Manila and provincial)
- Willing to do field work; willing to work in extended hours
