Marketing Associate | Temporary  

Healthy Options Corp. is looking for Marketing Associate to help our Marketing and Sales team for 3 months. She will be tasked to do the following:

• Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff
• Organize data and gather information
  • Manage requests from stores regarding membership data
• Provide administrative assistance and office support to the marketing team
  • Update membership data on the system
  • Lay out and print out membership cards
  • Encoding
• Assist in promotional events
  • Prepare necessary promotional materials per event
  • Assist in the implementation and logistics of event

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent;
• Non Smoker;
• Must be knowledgeable in MS Office;
• Has relevant product and industry knowledge;
• Passionate and creative in innovating new marketing strategies;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Keen on details and analysis;
• Good people skills;
• Flexible and Adaptable.
