Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies
- Various administrative tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree of any course (graduates of Office Administration/Business Administration/Management or any equivalent course are preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Keen on details and has strong organisational and planning skills
- Maintains a healthy lifestyle and is a Non-smoker
- Weight is proportionate to height
