QA Specialist | Farm  

The QA Specialist for Farm will conduct audits at partner farm locations and determine compliance with Philippine National Standard (PNS) Organic Agricultural and HO farm quality standards.

• Conducts periodic Organic Agriculture compliance audit of partner farms.
• Monitors closure of findings on organic practices, food safety and quality.
• Conducts emergency farm audits in response to complaint or concern.
• Conducts supplier audits for potential partner farms.
• Leads R&D projects for partner farms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture major in Animal Science or Agronomy.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the fresh produce or livestock sector.
• Knowledge and work experience on GAP, Organic Agriculture and HACCP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must know how to drive and must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing and has the ability to travel including some evening and weekend travel.
• Able to work from a remote location like farming and food processing environment or other non-office setting.
• Willing to work onsite in Libis, QC.
