Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Administrative Assistant for will be working under the Healthy Options Supply Chain Management team.
- Responsible for ordering materials, supplies, equipment and follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery
- Create Purchase Orders and manage PO corrections
- Check PO status, price and delivery date
- Manage vendor creations/change requests
- Provide recommendations, coordination and support for the purchase of goods and/or services

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Must be very proficient with MS Excel
- Detail-oriented and must have excellent follow-up skills
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work onsite in Libis, QC.
